Make an Appointment -
Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

One-on-one technology help by appointment.

Do you need help with your laptop computer, mobile device, or a library digital resource?

A library staff member can meet with you one-on-one to assist with:

  • accessing e-books and digital audiobooks
  • learning a personal device or software*
  • email
  • internet
  • library digital resources

Sessions are available for up to forty-five minutes. Individuals may schedule a maximum of two sessions per thirty-day period. 

Please bring with you all chargers for your devices and any passwords you might need. 

When scheduling your appointment please remember staff is unable to troubleshoot or repair patron devices, assist with financial transactions, or offer medical, legal, or tax advice, interpretation, or recommendations. Library staff assumes no responsibility for loss of any data or damage to devices from a patron’s use of library computers, software, or equipment.  

*Device and software assistance is limited to staff knowledge and experience.
