Sit Step Sing is a chair exercise program for seniors developed by Debra Saalfield. She is a Professional Dancer / Instructor who developed this program that allows those with little or no mobility to enjoy fantastic, memorable music, easy movement, and a sing-a-long opportunity. www.sitstepsing.com

The exercise portion of the program is 45 minutes.  Extra time is  provided for sign in and conversation.

Space is limited, registration required.

Please consult with your medical professional before attending. Class members will be required to sign a waiver before participating.
