Chair Exercises In-Person

These classes focus on strength training exercises that support increased strength, increased mobility, and reduced fall risk. These classes are great for people just getting started with an exercise routine or looking to exercise with others. Hand weights will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you would like.

Please consult with your medical professional before attending. Class members will be required to sign a waiver before participating.
