Chair Exercises In-Person

Fletcher Library

These classes focus on strength training exercises that support increased strength, increased mobility, and reduced fall risk. They are great for people just getting started with an exercise routine or looking to exercise with others. Hand weights will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

 Please consult with your medical professionalbefore attending. Class members will be required to sign a waiver before participating.
