Getting Started on the Computer 4- Screen Interaction, Customizing, & Updates In-Person
Etowah Library
In this class, we will practice filling out common online forms. We will also learn that it is possible to customize a computer for increased accessibility and that software programs
upgrade periodically to fix bugs and increase utility.
Prerequisites: Learners must have taken 'Getting Started on the Computer 1, 2, & 3' or know computer hardware and software vocabulary, be able to turn a computer on and off safely, know the difference between click, double click, and right click, know mouse shape purposes, know keyboard key functions, keyboard sort cuts, and different drive types, and be able to save and move files.
