The program will be watching a video from Professor Gary Gallaher's "The Amercian Civil War" lecture #34 "Stalemate in 1864" where we will look at General grant's strategic planning for the Western Theater and then his planning for the Eastern Theater. Discussion will follow the viewing. Open to the public.
