Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress.

Lynn is a nationally registered yoga instructor, an experienced yoga therapist at the 500-hour level, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Registration Required | Exercise Waiver Required: Call the Mills River Library at 828-890-1850 to register.
