Food Preservation Class: Fermenting Sauerkraut In-Person
Etowah Library
Join Henderson County Cooperative Extension Agent, Abigail Pierce, to learn the basics of fermentation and get hands-on experience making sauerkraut. In this class we will cover the science of fermentation, supplies needed and some additional fermenting recipes to try at home.
