Zaniac: The Magic of Colors In-Person
Green River Library
Get ready to explore the fascinating world of color through science and art! We will dive into the magic of primary colors-- red, blue, and yellow-- and discover how they mix to create secondary colors like orange, green, and purple. Through hands-on STEM experiments, we'll observe color blending in action and learn the science behind light and pigments.
Next, participants will unleash their creativity by designing and crafting their own vibrant pinwheels and then testing how they spin and react to forced air. They will also create beautiful suncatchers using paint and explore how light interacts with color to produce dazzling effects. This engaging session combines science, art, and engineering for an unforgettable learning experience!
