Be a Lifesaver: CPR & First Aid Basics In-Person

Learn how to respond with confidence in an emergency during this hands-on, interactive CPR and first aid program at the library. This class introduces important safety skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Led by a certified instructor, the session covers: when and how to call 911; hands-only CPR techniques; how to help someone who is choking; caring for cuts, scrapes, burns, and other minor injuries; responding to allergic reactions, nosebleeds, and more; and how to use items in a basic first-aid kid.

This is a non-certification class focuses on safety awareness, teamwork, and essential lifesaving skills. Perfect for those who want to be more prepared-- whether at home, school, or in the community.
