Join us for our first Memory Café!

A winter-themed event to bring joy and connection. Activities include refreshments, a holiday craft, cookie decorating, and a holiday sing-along.

This program is intended for persons living with dementia and their care partner. Please register ONCE for the pair of attendees.

Registration Required- This event requires registration as space is limited to ensure the best possible environment for participants.
