Sit Step Sing is a chair exercise program for seniors developed by Debra Saalfield. She is a Professional Dancer / Instructor who developed this program that allows those with little or no mobility to enjoy fantastic, memorable music, easy movement, and a sing-a-long opportunity.  www.sitstepsing.com

Extra time is provided for sign in and conversation (starting at 3:15).  Exercise Instruction begins at 3:30.

Registration Required- Register online or call the library for assistance: 828-697-4725 opt. 3. 

Please consult with your medical professional before attending. Class members will be required to sign a waiver before participating.
